Let’s get started! I’m going to put information on this page that will help you create your own blog. It will be linked to your school webpage, but you will be able to control the content from any computer, at school or at home without having to wait for someone else to upload new content to your page.
• Choose a username and password that you will remember. The username could be visible at times, so choose something you feel is appropriate for students, parents and your colleagues to see.
• Decide ahead of time what you would like to name your blog. Again, this is a time to be creative, but also remember your audience.
• Create an account at edublogs.org. Remember your username and password!
• Create a folder for your blog on your computer, in “My Documents” so you can start organizing and storing the images and files you will be uploading to your blog.
